Bank@Post allows you to carry out your day-to-day banking at over 3,400 Australia Post outlets across Australia. It’s available to personal and business banking customers as a convenient and flexible way to make cash or cheque deposits. As soon as your information is received, we process your application and provide you with a fast decision within an hour. Once approved your cash is deposited into your bank account by 3pm on the same day.

NAB is not responsible for any delays or losses due to the use of an incorrect EBD bag or deposit forms. From 1 November 2022, we will only accept cash-only (digital) EBD bags and will no longer accept the ‘old’ EBD bags and paper deposit slips. Please note that Agent Banks, Credit Unions and selected NBFI customers are exempt and must continue using paper slip deposit EBD bags (made up of a cash and non-cash compartment).

All other NAB Quora customers must use the online deposit form and cash-only (digital) EBD bags. All you need is a PIN and chip-enabled NAB debit card or credit card linked to your NAB transaction account and you can start banking at Australia Post. If you’re a business customer, you can deposit cash and cheques using barcoded deposit slips linked to your nominated NAB transaction account. This means there will also be a delay in you receiving the ‘said to contain’ value and we may ask you to collect the bag from the branch.
